The segment began when Fallon showed an image of the Obamas waving to the cameras as they boarded Air Force One to leave the White House for the final time on Jan. 20, 2017.
Obama has made several explosive comments while on her promotional tour for her new book.
Last month, she gave an interesting response when asked about Hillary Clinton running for president again in 2020.
She didn’t rule out the possibility of Clinton running for a third time and said she believes “anyone” should run if they can beat Trump in 2020.
In one interview last month, Obama told ABC News host Robin Roberts that she wrote in her book that she was upset and felt bullied when “certain people” labeled her as an “angry” black woman while she was in the White House.
“I was female, black and strong, which to certain people . . . translated only to ‘angry.’ It was another damaging cliché, one that’s been forever used to sweep minority women to the perimeter of every room . . . I was now starting to actually feel a bit angry, which then made me feel worse, as if I were fulfilling some prophecy laid out for me by the haters,” she wrote in her memoir.
Obama also does not mince words about Trump in her book, taking several shots at him in her book and on the tour.
In her book, she writes that she will never “forgive him” for speaking about the birther controversy regarding her husband, former President Barack Obama
