Mika Brzezinski Uses Homophobic Slur About Mike Pompeo, MSNBC Omits It From Transcript

In a disgusting moment on television, Mika Brzezinski used a very flagrant and repulsive homophobic slur about Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

She was talking about Pompeo, President Donald Trump, and the murdered journalist Jamal Khashoggi when she lashed out about Pompeo with a homophobic “gay joke.”

“Is that a patriot speaking or a wannabe dictator’s butt boy?”

Here’s the video of her “gay joke,” where her eyes can be seen getting very big after realizing what she had said.

.@morningmika just asked if Mike Pompeo is a “wannabe dictator’s butt boy,” as homophobic a term as I’ve heard on national morning television. @MSNBC tried and failed to censor it, and did not transcribe her remark in the closed captioning.

MSNBC also appeared to omit her slur from the transcript.

In the clip above, the closed captioning shows that her slur was completely omitted, as if she didn’t say it at all.

The major problem with her joke is not the joke itself, but the fact that if a right-wing person said the same joke, then they would face boycotts, protests, and be asked to quit their job or be fired.

When a left-wing person says it, then they just issue a fake apology and move on.

There seems to be a major double standard when it comes to left and right wing people and their inappropriate (and sometimes funny) jokes.

Actor and comedian Kevin Hart was recently criticized for something he said YEARS ago and even forced to step down from hosting an awards show.

College football star and Heisman Trophy winner, Kyler Murray, was forced to apologize for a “gay joke” he made towards his friends when he was in high school – years ago.

Two prominent black men were targeted for making a joke or comment that some considered homophobic – even though they were not, but where is the outrage when a white woman who is a far left liberal commits the same act? Where is her boycott? Where is Mika stepping down from her job? Where is the negative attention and fake outrage over her comment?

Other celebrities have done similar things and haven’t really faced much drama over it – not that they should, but the double standard is obvious and that’s the problem.

Jimmy Kimmel made a gay joke involving President Trump and commentator Sean Hannity. But he didn’t quit his job or face much outrage because he’s a leftist.

Stephen Colbert talks about Trump and if he can get an erection or not. That’s bizarre and not homophobic, but what if someone said that about Obama? Would they face the fake outrage crowd?

Stephen Colbert seems to be full of jokes, you would think he was doing stand up comedy on his show. This joke talks about Trump doing something intimate to Vladimir Putin. Can you imagine if someone said the same thing about Barack Obama doing this same thing to Michelle Obama (you know what I’m hinting at). The outrage would be out of this galaxy!

In order to see the double standard, just imagine Trump saying these same things to people. If people would be mad at him saying it, but not liberals saying it, then that’s the problem.

People need to understand the wicked double standard and stop being offended by everything.

Brzezinski’s joke wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t funny either, because she’s just unwatchable to begin with.

The bigger issue is that if a guy like Kevin Hart gets trashed over something he said years ago, then Mike Brzezinski must get destroyed by the very same outrage mob that targets people for anything they say.

If the outrage mob is angry with Kevin Hart, then they need to be angry with Brzezinski as well.

Otherwise, it’s time for them to eat crow, because baby, it’s cold outside.
